Having Pelle as buying agent has been a very nice experience. He's a very positive and laid back person, super available and it is a pleasure to talk to him and deal with any issue related with the process. He puts focus on client experience and that pays off. About things to gain more experience on, also considering that he hasn't been in this business for long time, I feel like he could develop more confidence when dealing with other brokers, particularly during negotiation. Overall it's been great to work with him.
